Dear Mr. Wright, The early part of April, my wife and I, along with another couple, were in Dallas on a buying trip for the gift shop my wife manages as a volunteer. We were traveling in your area when we experienced a vibration from our auto. We pulled off the freeway and into your store. The folks at your store were very courteous and a technician test drove the car to check out, what I thought may be a tire problem, although we could not see any problems visually. The technician discovered that my emergency brake was barely engaged and that was the cause of the vibration. I appreciate the efforts of your staff in checking my auto and for their taking the time to help a possible stranded motorist. As it turned out, I must have touched the emergency brake with my foot at some time and did not realize it was engaged, although there was a red light on the dash. Again I appreciate the help I received at your store. Please thank them for me and if I am in the Dallas area again, and are in need of tires, we will look for your store. Again thanks to your staff.

Dear Jeff: Although a little belated, I want to thank you for driving over and making a temporary repair to Lynn's battery cable in our parking lot a couple of weeks ago. It has to be frightening to be a young female stranded in a remote parking lot, after dark, many miles from home. It was wonderful to muster a rescue from a friend and supplier with a 30 second phone call. Dear Jeff & Crew, Professionalism is a term that is used far too loosely and all too often today. I have a local business that relies on us being able to solve financial concerns for investors. When we are unable to, it is simple, we don't get paid. All businesses don't operate under the same auspice. For example, my sister in law took her vehicle to a string of four different auto repair shops over the course of six months for a stalling problem.
